“ This is a secret carry out place to discover! One must pay a visit if you like Bao burger and/or bubble tea. Homemade everything with attention to ingredients, fresh and organic. They serve homemade Bao with organic flour, homemade sauces and local organic vegetables. Syrups for bubble tea are made by Mme Panoi with quality fruits. She explained that sometimes she is out of your choice of flavor don’t be upset because she could not find the best quality ingredients. It is a family run business and they do everything with love and pride. I had duck bao and a passion fruit bubble tea with basil seeds and pearls. So so yummy! I will come back soon. Thank you Mme Panoi and her son in law Hubert for the delicious lunch and took the time to explain and introduce me to the bao burger and bubble tea. ”

“ I chose this place because when I searched for best Pad Thai in Nice, The Fork named this place. But it seems they never ever served Pad Thai. We stayed anyway and so glad we did. We ordered BoBun and it was amazingly delicious! It was served with a green chili sauce that was sooo good. Will certainly go back here next time we're in Nice again. ”

“ Wow ~ a ‘Must Go’. What a taste sensation. Transported to Laos. The food is so fresh, the vegetables are organic, the sauce had such a delicious and unique taste and the carefully chopped and prepared carrots, salads coriander, and pickles are extraordinary. The bao buns are also cooked every day on the premise. Not to mention the chicken is real fillet, all meat, in a crunchy, coat. The owner/chef lived in Laos and has brought the experience here to Nice. It was a holiday in Vietnam! A big carafe of iced water with fresh mint was offered by the waiter who is so kind and attentive. A truly wonderful experience. But many orders were being prepared for delivery ~ so possible at home! ”
